The term "you" refers to the users/visitors of this website. By utilizing any service offered through this site, it is assumed that you agree to our terms and conditions related to Jhalana Safari/jaipur city tour package bookings.

• You are required to provide proof of identity and nationality.
• If you are above 5 years of age, you will be considered as an individual participant for the safari.
• The full fee must be paid in advance to confirm your safari booking.
• Once a safari or package is booked, it is non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If there are empty seats, you will be responsible for covering the difference at the time of entry into the park when all 6 seats in a gypsy are not booked.
• A Gypsy/e-vehicle is a 6-seat open vehicle.There is no choice in allocation of Gypsy or E-Vehicle any one as per the availability will be provided and the experience of safari is identical with both vehicle types.
• If the safari price is revised by the government, you will need to pay the difference at the time of park entry.
• Jhalana Safari is managed and monitored by the Rajasthan Forest Department, and reservations for any facility, including park entry and safaris, are provisional and may be modified or canceled by the Field Director of Jhalana Leopard Reserve without notice.
• Jhalana Wild Ventures is not a representative of Forest department of Rajasthan and we don't work on behalf of Forest department or government, We are established business of Travel Agency and registered with Directorate of economics and statics Rajasthan, Jaipur under the name of Sariska Wild Ventures - a brand of India Wild Ventures.
• We operate as a service provider, aiming to deliver a seamless and time-saving safari and tour experience for our clients.
• For safari bookings, we charge a service fee ranging from ₹1400 to ₹20,000 per gypsy safari.
• Please feel free to research safari pricing, but once you make a booking with us, no questions regarding charges will be entertained.
• In exchange for the service charges, we handle the ground logistics and queue management for your safari, ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience without having to wait in line.
• Jhalana Safaris can also be booked on-site at the Forest Department's ticket window (subject to availability). However, weekends tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking in advance with us.
• By making a reservation, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above. No cancellations or refunds will be granted under any circumstances, and requests for rescheduling or refunds will not be entertained.
• We are not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur after boarding your safari.
• If you are taking a shared vehicle or arrive late for your scheduled safari, please be patient.
• We, INDIA WILD VENTURES, accept payments exclusively through our company bank account. We do not accept payments under any individual name or any name other than INDIA WILD VENTURES.
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to payments made to incorrect names. Please double-check before making any payment or booking your safari with INDIA WILD VENTURES.
• All content and photographs on our website are the property of INDIA WILD VENTURES. Unauthorized use of our data by any other website or individual will result in legal action.
