Welcome to Jhalana Wildlife Sanctuary's online safari booking service. You can now conveniently book your leopard safari through our online platform. Jhalana is a renowned wildlife sanctuary, and its administration, governance, and management fall under the Rajasthan State Forest Department. The safari experience is conducted using gypsies and is overseen by forest officials to ensure a safe and enriching wildlife experience. There are two primary safari zones in Jhalana: Zone 1 and Zone 2.

Please note that vehicle allocation, drivers are assigned based on a computerized roster system. While we do not have control over this, we do offer handpicked naturalists who are available for an enhanced safari experience at an additional cost, which is not included in the standard booking fee. Each shift allows a limited number of safari vehicles—ten six-seater gypsies—ensuring a more personalized and peaceful wildlife experience.

Zone 1 and Zone 2 are the most popular for leopard sightings and offers visitors the best chances to see these elusive predators in their natural habitat. Located near the heart of the sanctuary, these zone are famous for high leopard density. these zone are equally captivating with a rich diversity of wildlife and scenic views. Both zones are easily accessible, with safe and scenic routes designed for an unforgettable safari adventure. Highlights

According to the Jhalana Safari Booking Policy, only 10 jeeps with a 6-seat capacity are allowed to enter the reserve during one shift. Due to this limited availability, it’s essential to book early to secure your spot. Safari bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure to reserve your seat as soon as possible to avoid missing out!.

To confirm your safari booking, you must make the full payment in advance. The vehicle allocation is done on the day of the safari, and the booking fee for a confirmed seat in a jeep is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are fully committed before making your reservation.

Booking is to be done at least one day in advance and if you are planning to book on the current day then additional Tatkal charges are required to pay depending on availability of vehicle. Additional charges are not included in price listed on our site. Safari once booked if cancelled is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 2: Availability Confirmation

Once you’ve submitted the form, our representative will reach out to you via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone call to confirm the availability for your chosen safari shift.

Step 3: Make the Payment

If a spot is available for your desired safari shift, please proceed with the payment. Kindly note that we accept payments only to the company account under the name 'JHALANA WILD VENTURES'

Step 4: Safari Booking Confirmation

Once we receive your payment, we will confirm the booking and send you the safari voucher along with the acknowledgement.

Step 5: Pre-Safari Coordination

A day before your scheduled safari, we will share the contact details of our safari coordinator, who will assist with all arrangements on the day of your safari.

Things to Keep in Mind For Jhalana Safari Booking:
  • Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your safari booking.
  • For Indian nationals, an ID proof such as Aadhar or Pan card is required; for non-Indian nationals, a valid passport is necessary.
  • There are no discounts on safari fees for embassy diplomats or counselors. The rates are set for both Indian and non-Indian nationals as per official guidelines.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, there will be no refunds or cancellations allowed.
  • Confirmed bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  • We recommend confirming your accommodation ahead of time to avoid any last-minute inconveniences.
  • If you're traveling with children or infants, please provide full details, as children requiring their own seat will be charged as separate passengers at full price.
  • Although your safari is confirmed, please ensure you arrive at the designated gate on time for your safari.
  • The reserve may be closed without prior notice to visitors.
  • If the safari price is revised by the government, visitors will need to pay the difference in charges.
  • While you prefer to book a shared gypsy, if you book on a per-person basis and not all six seats are filled, you will be required to pay the difference at the start of the safari.
  • A Gypsy/e-vehicle is a 6-seat open vehicle.There is no choice in allocation of Gypsy or E-Vehicle any one as per the availability will be provided and the experience of safari is identical with both vehicle types.
  • It is advisable to plan your weekend safari well in advance to ensure availability.
  • The safari lasts for approximately **2.5 hours**.
  • Our Jhalana Online Safari Booking includes government fees, permits, vehicle, and driver, but it does **not** cover same-day booking extra charges or extended safaris with our field expert naturalists.
  • Extended Experiential Safaris can only be booked as a package of three consecutive safaris over multiple days.
  • We are committed to delivering excellent service with transparency and ethics. However, once a safari is booked, the amount is non-refundable, as it is already allocated from our side.
  • A minimum service charge of INR 1000 and up to INR 20,000 per gypsy/e-vehicle safari booking will be applied.
  • Please feel free to research safari pricing; once you’ve booked with us, no questions about the charges will be entertained.
