Please avoid cancellation once booked at any cost as refund is a very long process and generally it is not instant and may take 6 months to 1 year sometimes.

JHALANA SAFARI CANCELLATION TERMS:

  • 50% refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made 31 or more days prior to the scheduled visit.
  • 25% refund of the booking amount if the cancellation occurs between 4 to 30 days before the visit.
  • No refund of the booking amount if the cancellation is made within 3 days of the visit.

HOTEL & RESORT BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be submitted via email.
  • No charge for cancellations made 45 days or more before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days before the arrival date will incur a 25% charge of the total tour fare.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total tour fare.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 10 days before the arrival date will incur a 75% charge of the total tour fare.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total tour fare.

Refund Policy

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 15 days. For late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account.
  • If the refund isn’t there, contact your credit card provider as it may take a few days for them to post the refund.
  • Next, reach out to your bank as there is often a processing delay before the refund shows up.
